This student accommodation project at NTU features 1 block of 11-storey, 3 blocks of 13-storey hostels, and a 4-storey multi-storey carpark (MSCP) with ancillary facilities.
Leveraging Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), the development achieved 25–40% manpower savings and 15–20% faster completion. The project exemplifies how modular “Lego-style” construction delivers greater efficiency, consistency, and sustainability in large-scale institutional builds.
