Nanyang Technilogical University North Hill Student Hostel Residence
A purpose-built student housing project comprising six 13-storey modular blocks, pilot project fully constructed using Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) in Nanyang Technological University. Each hostel room was 100% completed off-site, including finishes, furniture, and fittings.
This streamlined modular approach enhanced quality control, reduced on-site waste, improved safety, and ensured high construction precision—reinforcing Singapore’s commitment to sustainable and innovative building technologies.
