Design, supply, and installation of a 6 MWp rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system across 80 HDB residential blocks within Ang Mo Kio GRC.
Design, supply, and installation of a 6 MWp rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system across 80 HDB residential blocks within Ang Mo Kio GRC.
System Purpose:
The solar energy generated is used to power common building utilities, including:
- Corridor and staircase lighting / Lifts / Water pumps / Other shared electrical loads (non-tenant)
Energy Export Arrangement:
Any excess solar energy not consumed on-site is exported to the grid, with the export revenue reimbursed to BBR under the agreed contract.
