Our Commitment to Community

At BBR, we aim to contribute back to the community and advocate the best practices within the Group to achieve sustainable growth. As an active corporate citizen, BBR makes community outreach a part of our staff’s development, where we highly encourage the spirit of volunteerism to support charitable causes.

BBR Care is a corporate initiative set up in early 2014 to underscore BBR’s commitment to invest in the social development of the communities we operate in, so as to be a socially and environmentally responsible organisation. BBR Care focuses on employees’ welfare as well as engage in community involvement programmes, and environmentally sustainability efforts.

BBR Food Drive 2025

In collaboration with The Food Bank Singapore, BBR is organising the BBR Food Drive 2025 to support families in need across Singapore during the year-end festive season. As many prepare to celebrate with their loved ones, this initiative encourages our colleagues to come together to donate essential food items and help stock food pantries for underprivileged households. This effort reflects BBR’s continued commitment to compassion, community support, and corporate social responsibility.

Walk-for-Rice 2024

In partnership with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), BBR is proud to support Walk-for-Rice 2024, a community initiative organised by the South East Community Development Council and NTUC FairPrice. Our colleagues come together to walk with purpose, helping raise funds for bowls of rice for families in need across Singapore. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community while fostering teamwork, wellbeing, and social responsibility.

Caring for Our Seniors

Closer to home, we’ve developed a heartfelt relationship with the residents of the Asian Woman Welfare Association (AWWA) Community Home for Senior Citizens. Our “Care and Share” program is an ongoing initiative where our employees visit with residents and provide healthy snacks, bringing moments of joy and connection to our elders. This initiative underscores our belief in supporting every generation within our community.
